Blogapalooza is the biggest B2B (Business to Blogger) networking and marketing event in the Philippines, wherein bloggers and online influencers can meet companies and businesses that they can work with & promote; their brands, products and services. 

I am so privileged to be a part of this great event. My first experience was not bad at all, actually it was really good! I enjoyed the rest of my day because of Blogapalooza! In this event, I did not only got freebies (This is not my main reason for attending this event), but then the most memorable and happiest moment that I experienced is to be able to meet bloggers whom I share my passion with. It was a nice experience to meet new people and to also know more about them and their inspiration in blogging. 

CHIPS DELIGHT 

Chips Delight are delicious and locally made Cookies which always brings happiness and excitement to every Filipino kid and kid-at-heart. 

When I first entered the venue, a girl from the Chips Delight booth approached me explaining their products and how bloggers can join their contest. I was completely nervous that time because everything was so new to me. 

She gave me a pack of Chips Delight and then she invited me to take a picture with their Santa, and also hold the banner #ChipsDelightPH.

The long awaited Lechon is finally here! I didn't get a chance to taste their lechon because there were so many people lining up. I just had a glimpse of their beautiful looking lechon right there.

OUTBREAK MANILA

An adrenaline filled zombie apocalypse adventure. When they arrive, can you survive?

In the past few years, fun runs and marathons have been a source of fitness and recreation in the Philippines. Inspired by Run For Your Lives, Outbreak Manila adds a new twist to the typical 5k run. Race towards the finish line and go against time, obstacles and yes, FLESH-EATING ZOMBIES. 

Sosro Fruit Tea's booth is probably the biggest and the busiest booth in the whole event! When I walked through their booth, they asked me to choose what I like, if it is their fruit tea or their coffee. So, I chose the Strawberry Fruit Tea! 

Better knowledge and understanding

“The findings from the Herbalife survey clearly show that the majority of people in Asia Pacific that we questioned believe in the value of good nutrition and exercise as contributing to their overall well-being. We aim to play a greater role in providing practical tips and information to people to help them understand that the journey to a healthier, more active lifestyle is not difficult to achieve. With as little as 10 minutes a day, consumers can take positive steps to improve their nutrition and be more active, which will improve their overall well-being,” said William M. Herbalife conducted the survey in September 2015 in the lead-up to its Asia-Pacific Wellness Tour. It surveyed 1,200 respondents across six countries, including the Philippines, on perceptions towards their health and current lifestyle. Respondents from Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, South Korea, and Thailand were likewise included in the survey.


Herbalife Asia-Pacific Wellness Tour

Now on its fourth year, the Herbalife Asia-Pacific Wellness Tour aims to deepen people’s practical understanding of the various aspects of living a healthy active lifestyle. Its previous tours in the past three years saw close to 60,000 participants across the region.

This year’s Wellness Tour will feature five members of the Herbalife Nutrition Advisory Board (NAB) visiting 14 markets and 21 cities across the Asia-Pacific in the month of October. They will share their expert views on how people can make use of the little time they have to make simple lifestyle changes that will enhance their well-being.

Herbalife’s NAB experts will likewise share their views on a wide range of health-related topics, including weight management, brain health and aging; heart health; immunology; and skin care at the medical symposia being held in Australia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnamn.

The Herbalife NAB experts participating in this year’s Wellness Tour include: 

Dr. David Heber, who incidentally will be coming to Manila, is a leading expert in the field of nutrition and named as one of “The World’s Most Influential Scientific Minds” by Thomson Reuters in 2014 and considered one of “The Best Doctors in America”

Dr. Lou Ignarro, a Nobel laureate in Physiology or Medicine in 1998 for his discovery of nitric oxide’s health benefits;

Dr. Gary Small, a specialist in brain health and aging who has authored over 500 scientific works and has received numerous awards and honors, including the “Senior Investigator Award” from the American Association for Geriatric Psychiatry;

Dr. Marion Fltechner-Mors, a health nutrition specialist who is currently heading the nutrition and obesity research group at Ulm University, Germany;

Dr. Wang Jae Lee, a physician and academic specializing in immunology and a professor at Seoul National University College of Medicine.

Dr. Heber, who is the founding Director of the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition at the University of California, Los Angeles, will be conducting a symposium for free to Filipino medical practitioners on October 23, 9am, at the Manila Hotel. The symposium will gather a group of 100 doctors, nurses, physical therapists and medical practitioners. The title of the symposium is “Obesity: More Than Just Being Overweight and Nutrition Forecast for 2020.” Seminars of Dr. Heber are recognized by US hospitals as part of Continuing Education Studies, which are often required of applicants. The following day, Oct. 24, Dr. Heber will be holding seminars for thousands of Herbalife Independent Members in the same hotel.

This is the first time Dr. Heber, who is also the Chairman of the NAB and the Herbalife Nutrition Institute, to conduct a seminar in Manila since the company was founded in the Philippines 22 years ago.

Few more days left! I am so excited for Blogapalooza because it will be my very first time to attend a blogger event, and I am really looking forward for a great experience as what mostly says! 

I started my blog years ago and the focus of my blog is about reviews on cosmetics and skincare products mostly on Korean brands. Having a blog is one the things that I want to do since I was on my childhood days, I remember my old blog that is more like my diary. Little did I know that when I started to blog I found out that I have this hidden talent in writing. Okay I am not a pro or whatever but then I discovered that I want to write, to improve as a blogger and a writer, so I was inspired to learn more and more. 

I have to admit that I have a fear on meeting people. I do not like being intimidated by people and being so little when you are surrounded by powerful and rich people. But then, because I want to improve myself, I think events like this will be a bridge for me to overcome my fear, to socialize people and to have more confidence on myself knowing that my identity is not on how much I own, what I do, or what are my achievements, but my identity is on my God, who saved me from darkness and now I am into His light.

Today's review will be from THE SAEM again! I recently bought a lip tint from this brand, and I have heard a lot of good things about this product. It is pretty affordable. Just like the last product that I bought from this brand.

As you can see, the packaging of this concealer is very small. Nothing so special about its packaging.
